Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York invites a Vice President – Transformation Program Manager to shape the strategic architecture of Finance, leading a portfolio of high-impact initiatives across P&A, data platforms, and processes powering planning and forecasting.

You will drive governance, risk management, and adoption at scale, translating strategy into execution while partnering with Technology, Risk, and Operations to modernize workflows and enable AI/ML–driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management and business analysis with leadership of multi-year transformations.
• Proven end-to-end delivery including scoping, business case, budgets, timelines, and change management.
• Mastery of Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall with ability to blend approaches.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities for scalable solutions.
• Understanding of data flows between applications and cloud architecture; ability to use data for decisions.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office for executive materials, process maps, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and portfolio leadership for P&A aligned to Finance’s architecture and priorities.
• Oversee multi-workstream programs with OKRs/KPIs, benefits realization plans, and milestones.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans across platforms, data, and operating model.
• End-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives with budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-program dependencies; ensure controls and audit readiness.
• Establish executive-ready governance, scorecards, dashboards, and MIS for performance tracking.
• Build and maintain senior relationships across LOBs, Technology, Data, and Risk/Controls.
• Lead the design of target operating models and future-state processes; drive automation and AI/ML usage.
• Partner with Technology/Data to modernize data pipelines and cloud platforms; enable forecasting and decision support.
• Lead UAT, change management, training, and business readiness activities.
• Manage budgets and vendor engagements; measure and report benefits; ensure post-implementation stabilization.
