Job summary

Pressley Ridge seeks a Vice President of Technology & Information Security to lead enterprise technology, information systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape a long-term tech strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and growth.

You will oversee technology operations across seven states, drive modernization, and partner with executive leadership to ensure reliable, secure systems and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Ten years of information technology experience.
• Five years in management.
• State Police, FBI, and child abuse clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a multi-year enterprise technology strategy.
• Leads technology modernization, digital transformation, and AI initiatives.
• Oversees enterprise applications, infrastructure, and IT service delivery across seven states.
• Establishes technology standards, architecture, and security controls.
• Communicates strategy and risks clearly to executives and stakeholders.
• Manages IT operating and capital budgets and staff development.
