Job summary

Pressley Ridge in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a strategic Vice President of Information Technology and Security to lead enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. You will report to the CFO and develop a technology strategy aligned with mission and growth.

You will oversee IT operations, standards, and risk management while partnering with executive leadership to improve service delivery, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, information management systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ten (10) years of Information Technology experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in management.
• State Police, FBI, and other clearances may be required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Pressley Ridge’s technology, information systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and priorities.
• Lead modernization of the technology environment including enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Establish priorities, standards, and performance expectations across the IT function.
• Partner with executive leadership to leverage technology to improve service delivery and organizational performance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Master's degree preferred
