Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, product management, management consulting, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology and data strategies aligned with broader business priorities
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Translate complex business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption
- Drive process standardization and automation across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other corporate functions
- Improve how data is captured, organized, analyzed, and leveraged across the organization
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and frameworks that turn data into actionable insights
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools
- Drive adoption of new platforms and processes across business teams
