Job summary

Cass Information Systems, Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to serve as VP, Enterprise Infrastructure & Chief Information Security Officer.

This executive will set the cybersecurity strategy, oversee core infrastructure, and drive risk management across the enterprise, including data protection and regulatory compliance. The position blends strategic planning, vendor leadership, and hands-on governance of network, storage, end-user computing, and security operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; Master’s degree desirable.
• IT security certifications such as CRISC, CCISO, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA.
• 10+ years progressive IT roles with security/infrastructure focus.
• 5-7 years in a senior management/leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic technology roadmap for core infrastructure and information security technologies.
• Oversees infrastructure standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures for optimal performance and availability.
• Leads the Corporate Information Security Program including policies, awareness, and vulnerability assessments.
• Provides leadership for core infrastructure services: Network, Storage, End-user computing (on premise and cloud).
• Directs quick and permanent resolution of high-impact outages or security incidents.
• Ensures regulatory and internal audit compliance (PCI, FFIEC, GITC, NIST).
• Manages IT security risk assessments and remediation of threats.
• Oversees budgeting, project management, automation opportunities, and cost savings.
