Job summary

Peak Technologies is seeking an accomplished technology leader to shape and execute the global IT strategy. You will oversee infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, data governance, and IT operations across a multi-site organization, including post‑acquisition integration and vendor management.

The role requires a strong track record in security governance, regulatory compliance, and executive partner relationships, with ability to drive modernization and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 12+ years of enterprise IT.
• Proven leadership of multi-site IT and merger/acquisition integrations.
• Experience with governance, risk, compliance and security programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Oversee IT functions: infrastructure, security, apps, data, and support operations.
• Manage global infrastructure, cloud, networks, and site connectivity.
• Lead cybersecurity, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM.
• Drive IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities.
• Administer IT budget, vendor negotiations, and technology investments.
• Partner with executives to align data, platforms, and processes with growth.
