Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, information management systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and priorities.
• Leads technology modernization, digital transformation, AI, automation, and other emerging tech initiatives.
• Oversees enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, telecommunications, end-user technology, and IT service delivery.
• Establishes enterprise technology standards, governance, and performance measures for IT, cybersecurity, and system availability.
• Partners with executive leadership to align technology investments with organizational needs and growth.
• Develops and manages IT operating and capital budgets; promotes collaboration and continuous learning within the IT function.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
