Nuveen is seeking a Vice President, Compensation to join the compensation team and collaborate with the Head of Compensation on developing and administering compensation programs aligned with the organization’s reward strategy.

The role involves designing salary and incentive structures, reviewing pay changes, performing evaluations, and ensuring adherence to policies within the financial services and asset management sectors.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of compensation experience in financial services
• 7+ years of compensation experience in financial services (preferred)
• Previous experience in investment management compensation

Responsabilidades

• Develops salary and incentive structure designs and pay policies in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.
• Reviews changes to base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, sales compensation, etc.
• Reviews preliminary job analysis, job evaluations and salary increase reviews to ensure employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position.
• Conducts analysis and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programs.
• Approves reports for providing written support and conveying information to management regarding policy and compensation interpretation as well as in the annual salary planning process.
• Participates in planning of new and revised compensation programs so employees receive appropriate compensation.
• Assesses the company's compensation programs to ensure they are in accordance with established policies.
• Knowledge of private fund structures, carried interest plans, and comp partnering experience in asset management sector of the financial services industry, with exposure to alternative investments.
