Job summary

Nuveen, a TIAA company, is seeking a Vice President of Compensation to shape salary and incentive programs aligned with our reward strategy. You will partner with the Head of Compensation to design policies and oversee annual salary planning while ensuring policy compliance and equity across the organization.

The role requires strong expertise in compensation analysis, investment management compensation, and collaboration with business leaders to optimize total rewards.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• 5+ years of compensation experience in financial services.
• 7+ years of compensation experience in financial services preferred.
• Investment management compensation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops salary and incentive structure designs and pay policies per reward strategy.
• Reviews base pay, short- and long-term incentives, allowances, deferred compensation and sales compensation.
• Reviews job analysis, job evaluations and salary increase reviews for appropriate compensation.
• Conducts analysis to support compensation and benefits programs per reward strategy.
• Prepares reports for policy interpretation and annual salary planning.
