Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Carrier and Captive Analytics to lead a team delivering enterprise analytics across client life cycles. This role directs strategy, prioritizes investments, and aligns analytics with business and client needs for measurable outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience, with strong leadership and communication abilities to influence stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead analytics strategy and roadmap for Carrier and Captive analytics.
• Establish data and governance foundation for analytics.
• Build insights translating multi-account structures into metrics and dashboards.
• Drive client value and growth by partnering across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee client relationship management analytics.
• Provide strategic direction for BI, contact management, and client base analytics.
• Oversee engagement analytics and present to business leaders.
• May oversee budget for the area.
