Job summary

Nexstar Media Group is seeking a Video Project & Delivery Lead to drive execution across our digital video and CTV app portfolio. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Content, and station teams to turn roadmaps into launches.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, risk management, and coordination across multiple internal teams and external partners, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure initiatives over the next year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex digital media programs.
• Experience coordinating across product, engineering, analytics, and sales.
• Background in Scrum/Agile delivery; Scrum Master a plus.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Develop quarterly program plans with milestones, budgets, risks, and launch criteria.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Advertising, Analytics, Sales, Content teams and vendors.
• Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and blockers.
• Serve as Scrum Master for core video and CTV teams.
• Manage sprints, standups, Jira flows, and planning meetings.
• Provide status updates with documentation on decisions, risks, and budgets.
• Coordinate operational readiness for launches, including training and support.
• Establish repeatable processes and rollout playbooks.
• Maintain relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Ensure successful adoption and operationalization across the organization.
