Nexstar Media Group is seeking a Video Project & Delivery Lead to drive the execution of strategic video initiatives across our digital portfolio. You will coordinate across product, technology, operations, content, sales, and stations to turn roadmaps into launches.

With 7+ years in digital media program leadership, you will manage dependencies, risks, budgets, and timelines, acting as Scrum Master for core teams and maintaining clear status reporting.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience leading complex programs within digital media, streaming video, CTV apps, broadcast.
• Proven success managing large cross-functional technology implementations with multiple teams and partners.
• Strong understanding of program delivery: scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risk, testing, and readiness.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile development; Scrum Master background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure around complex problems.
• Bias toward action to influence teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives across the Video Product roadmap from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage quarterly program plans with milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and launch criteria.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Advertising, Analytics, Sales, Content, and stations teams; coordinate releases for cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and blockers; drive to resolution.
• Serve as Scrum Master for core video and CTV teams; manage sprints, standups, Jira flows, planning meetings.
• Provide concise program status updates, decisions, risks, budgets, and milestones with clear documentation.
• Coordinate operational readiness for product/platform launches, including training and support.
• Help establish repeatable processes and rollout playbooks to scale video initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and implementation partners to ensure adoption and outcomes.
• Ensure successful delivery and operationalization of projects across the organization.
