Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience in broadcast and/or digital commercial production.
• Understanding of the end-to-end production process from pre- to post-production.
• Strong knowledge of advertising, marketing, and design principles.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to adapt quickly and think creatively under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, talent and crew.
• Willingness to travel for shoots and have a valid driver's license.
• Experience writing, producing, directing and editing commercials is essential.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and clients to understand brand vision and write scripts.
• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate location, talent, music, and voice-over; supervise production.
• Edit footage, mix audio, and create graphics for final commercial.
• Ensure productions meet industry standards and local broadcast requirements.
