Job summary

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. is seeking a Video Project & Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across our digital video and CTV app portfolio.

Reporting to the VP of Video Product Management, you will coordinate across product, engineering, operations, content, sales, and stations to turn roadmaps into launches. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, scrum-based delivery, and scalable processes as we undertake a large-scale infrastructure initiative with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex programs within digital media, streaming video, CTV apps, broadcast, and related industries.
• Proven success managing large cross-functional technology implementations with multiple teams and external partners.
• Strong understanding of program delivery including scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risk management, testing, and operational readiness.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile development methods; Scrum Master background is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives across the Video Product roadmap from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage quarterly program plans with milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and launch criteria.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Advertising, Analytics, Sales, Content, and external vendors to manage releases for cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and blockers and drive them toward resolution.
• Serve as Scrum master for core video and CTV development teams; manage sprints, standups, Jira flows, planning meetings, etc.
• Establish operating rhythms and provide updates on program status, decisions, risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate readiness for product and platform launches, including documentation, testing, training, and support.
• Help establish repeatable processes and rollout playbooks to scale video initiatives across Nexstar.
