Job summary

Twelve Labs is hiring a Solutions Architect to help our strategic customers unlock the full potential of video AI. You will be the dedicated technical resource for key accounts, driving solution design, implementation guidance, and co-development of innovative applications that showcase our multimodal foundation models.

You will provide expert technical guidance while collaborating with Sales, Product, Partnerships and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
• Experience with hyperscalers (AWS preferred) and hands-on support for Bedrock; Azure, GCP also welcome.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern app development with video workloads.
• Experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch and building trusted technical relationships.
• Exceptional communicator who can translate complex tech to business stakeholders and debug integrations with engineering teams.
• Operate with high horsepower, manage multiple projects, thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborative, humble attitude with eagerness to help customers and internal teams succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing technical expertise and supporting implementation of video AI applications.
• Own technical relationships with strategic customers, ensuring successful integrations and adoption across organizations.
• Guide customers on best practices for leveraging TwelveLabs APIs to create secure, scalable video experiences.
• Serve as first line of defense for design, security, and architecture questions, escalating as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for common requirements and challenges.
• Gather customer feedback and represent developer/enterprise voice to inform product roadmaps.
