Job summary

TwelveLabs is hiring a Solutions Architect to help strategic customers unlock the full potential of video AI. You will drive solution design, provide implementation guidance, and co-develop applications that showcase multimodal foundation models.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships and Engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge video understanding at scale. This highly autonomous role requires travel up to 10% annually and may involve on-site interviews and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, TAM, or Implementation Engineer.
• Experience with hyperscalers (AWS preferred, with Bedrock experience).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and video workloads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing technical expertise and supporting implementation of video AI applications for startups and enterprises.
• Own technical relationships with strategic customers, ensuring successful integrations and adoption.
• Guide customers on best practices for TwelveLabs APIs to create secure, scalable video experiences.
• Serve as first line of defense for design, security, and architecture questions and escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for common requirements and challenges.
• Gather customer feedback to help shape product roadmaps and capabilities.
