You will drive cost analysis, develop suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with ACE-based processes and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring ten years of supply chain experience, strong leadership, and a track record in negotiating and optimizing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field; 10+ years experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• U.S. Citizenship required to access program/contract information.

Responsibilities

• Quote, cost analysis, and place POs to support vendor assist.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure capacity meets internal requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and cost/inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure on-time PO execution and updates for expedited deliveries; support cost reductions.
• Follow P&W Procurement Manual and Standard Work for Shop Assist.
• Reduce quality-related turnbacks; participate in VCAB meetings as needed.
• Promote ACE system usage to improve EH&S, quality, delivery, and engagement.
• Drive Supplier Gold through improvement activities and supplier program reviews.
