Pratt & Whitney is seeking a senior professional to lead global supplier engagements within the Shop Assist Supply Chain. You will quote, analyze costs, place orders, and work with material, quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams to secure capacity and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes supplier development, cost control, and continuous improvement using ACE tools, with a focus on exceptional customer service and meeting internal requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Advanced degree in a related field with 7+ years experience.
• Proven ability to meet commitments and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, cost analysis/price justification, and placement of Purchase Orders to support Mod Center Temporary (TVA) and Permanent (PVA) Vendor Assist.
• Interface with cross functional team to monitor and potentially develop alternate suppliers to ensure capacity.
• Manage manufacturing/supplier relationships, including cost and inventory management and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure on-time PO execution and support cost reduction goals.

Education

University degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field

Advanced degree in a related field

Detail and results oriented with good problem solving skills

Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities

High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement

Excellent Judgment and professional maturity

Ability to lead projects and develop and mentor other leaders
