Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines and aerospace systems, seeks a Senior Subcontract Manager to lead major subcontract activities and negotiate contracts with key partners. This role demands collaboration across program, engineering, finance and legal teams to ensure objectives are met and performance is optimized.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in program management, supply chain, and finance, with a US Person requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of Program Management, Supply Chain, and Finance experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• The F135 Subcontract Sr. Manager will oversee activities for our major sub-contractor Collins Aerospace.
• Lead requirements development, negotiations through contract award and execution.
• Interface between program teams, acquisitions, engineering, finance and legal to ensure clear requirements and strong subcontract performance.
