Job summary

Elroy Air is seeking a Senior Global Supply Manager to own the supply chain for propulsion, powertrain, and electronics. Hybrid Byron, CA location with travel for supplier visits. You will set commodity strategy, negotiate high-value deals, and drive supplier relationships from NPI through production ramp.

You will manage data integrity in ERP systems, lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Finance, and ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, global supply management, or direct procurement.
• Experience negotiating high-value supply agreements and delivering cost reductions.
• Experience managing direct material spend across multiple commodities and suppliers.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills including should-cost modeling and TCO analysis.
• Experience sourcing and scaling suppliers from prototype through production ramp.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain and develop global commodity strategies delivering best-in-class cost, quality, and delivery.
• Negotiate long-term deals, structure supply agreements and LTAs, and protect Elroy Air on price, IP, and delivery.
• Drive NPI to ramp by securing capacity, managing long-lead items, and de-risking transitions to production.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Finance, and Legal.
• Maintain ERP procurement data integrity and report spend, savings, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace export-control requirements (ITAR/EAR) and AS9100 standards.
