Job summary

Infinitus Systems is building AI-driven healthcare communications. We seek a strategic Vendor and Resource Manager to optimize external partnerships and internal talent allocation across patient access ecosystems.

The role balances sourcing, negotiation, and workforce planning to ensure efficient capacity, cost control, and successful customer launches while safeguarding regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive vendor and resource management experience.
• Proven track record managing high-value contracts and optimizing resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding third-party vendors and contractors.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage SLAs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs to monitor vendor performance and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners and conduct reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA and data security compliance in vendor arrangements.
• Support customer launches by aligning vendor plans with training and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and QA leadership to forecast internal resources.
• Plan capacity and allocate internal vs. external staff to projects.
