Innovative Integrated Health, Inc. is seeking a Procurement and Sourcing Specialist to optimize purchasing across medical, office, and durable goods.

You will manage a centralized system, drive cost efficiency, and partner with departments to meet clinical and operational needs. Responsibilities include inventory control, bid processes, supplier negotiations, and alignment with CMS-related initiatives to lower costs while sustaining quality and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing strategic purchase processes related to office and medical equipment/supplies.
• Basic Excel skills – creating tables; Working knowledge of EMR Navigation.

Responsibilities

• Supports CMS initiatives to lower costs while maintaining high patient care standards.
• Maintains an effective inventory management system for medical and office supplies and equipment.
• Develops and maintains a centralized purchasing list for supplies and equipment.
• Negotiates contracts and works with Finance to reconcile purchases.
• Prepares cost projections and seeks supplier partnerships.
