Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Admin, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare sourcing or regulated environments.
• Proven leadership of enterprise sourcing, PPI/Clinical sourcing, and value analysis initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and contract development experience.
• Advanced AI fluency to inform sourcing decisions and stakeholder communications.
• Hybrid work model with three days in Irving, TX; occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client priorities, objectives, and market opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle: requirements, market assessments, RFIs/RFPs, negotiations and contracts.
• Negotiate complex supplier agreements and financial terms on behalf of clients.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, financial stability, and market position to guide recommendations.
• Collaborate with legal, contracting, finance, and operations to resolve sourcing issues.
• Lead value analysis committees and align stakeholders for evidence-based decisions.
• Present strategies, analyses, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Analyze spend and performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Measure outcomes: savings, value realization, quality improvements, and implementation success.
• Apply AI responsibly to enhance decision-making and business strategy.
