Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Director of Data & Analytics (Supply Chain & Mfg.) to lead data products and analytics delivery for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement. You will shape data sourcing, modeling, and productization for scalable analytics and decisioning, partnering with functional leaders to define ingestion requirements and design enduring data products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in data engineering, business intelligence and analytics, including 4+ years leading data teams.
Experience owning a portfolio or roadmap for a defined business area, from demand intake through reported outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-year analytics roadmap and backlog aligned to enterprise and business unit objectives.
Own demand intake, qualification and prioritization; sequence work against capacity and communicate trade-offs to sponsors.
Define business cases, expected benefits and success measures for analytics investments, and report progress to senior leadership.
Hold delivery teams accountable for scope, quality and dates, escalating risks with recommended actions.
