Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Supplier Engagement Specialist to manage USS’s vendor database and onboarding processes. You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to ensure data integrity and timely, compliant operations.

Key duties include maintaining vendor records in the ERP, auditing the database, and generating reports on vendor status and performance to support procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience.
• Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of fleet, fencing, trailers, and facility items.
• Strong negotiation skills with cost-saving results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit the vendor database in the ERP system.
• Update and deactivate vendor records as needed.
• Manage vendor onboarding and ensure documentation per policy.
• Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement.
• Support accounts payable with supplier-related processes.
• Generate reports on vendor status and performance metrics.
• Assist in vendor negotiations and supplier relationship management.
• Address operational issues for suppliers.
