Dialpad is seeking a Business Value Consultant for Agentic AI in Austin, TX, to help strategic customers translate ambitious AI deployments into measurable business outcomes. You will connect promised value to post-launch data, establish baselines, define success metrics, build dashboards, and craft executive narratives that prove an agentic deployment delivered on its promises.

This hybrid, cross-functional role blends strategy, analytics, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in value engineering, management consulting, or related business analytics.
• Ability to translate goals into measurable outcomes and baselines.
• Strong communication to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop measurement plans, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Create dashboards and scorecards to track value realization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance for data sources and reporting.
• Lead value conversations with account teams and executive sponsors.
