You will connect promised value to post-launch data, establish baselines, define success metrics, build dashboards and executive narratives, and drive renewal/expansion discussions with strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in value engineering or related customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer value conversations and co-lead dashboards and value reviews.
• Translate customer objectives into measurable outcomes, baselines, and KPIs.
• Develop financial and operational models (ROI, TCO, payback, adoption).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance to connect data sources for reporting.
