Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Value & Access Insights Senior Manager to lead analytics for managed care and payer strategies within the medical benefit portfolio. You will build integrated analyses to inform coverage and reimbursement decisions.

Collaborate with Payer Marketing and Pricing/Contracting teams to deliver actionable insights, influence strategy, and optimize access for patients across the US market.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent business experience requirement.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of business experience or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of business experience or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for managed care and payer strategies.
• Integrate analyses across claims, formulary, and provider data.
• Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance.
