Job summary

Awin in the United States is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead strategic and tactical research initiatives across our platform. You’ll partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and customer-facing teams to plan and deliver research that informs decisions with confidence.

You’ll navigate ambiguity, run end-to-end studies, synthesize insights into clear recommendations, mentor peers, and help mature our research operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' UX research experience in digital products.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Experience leading complex research projects independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation.
• Ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research projects from definition to synthesis.
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Translate findings into clear insights to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales/CS teams.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to research maturity.
• Maintain a reusable insights repository.
