Job description

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead user research initiatives that inform product strategy, improve user experiences, and support data-driven design decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and the ability to translate research findings into actionable product recommendations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle.
  • Define research objectives, methodologies, participant profiles, and research plans.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, and other research studies.
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and research data to identify key insights and opportunities.
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Create research reports, personas, journey maps, usability findings, and presentations.
  • Communicate research insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify user needs, pain points, behaviors, and emerging trends to influence product strategy.
  • Help establish and improve UX research processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a strong research culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in UX Research, User Research, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Expertise in user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral research.
  • Experience with research and analytics tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, Maze, Dovetail, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and design teams.
  • Ability to translate complex research data into clear, actionable insights.Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and product development processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting research for web and mobile applications.
  • Experience with A/B testing, product analytics, and experimentation.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Degree in UX Research, HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field.
