Job summary

Aether Biomedical is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead research strategies across our product portfolio, bridging human-centered design, product strategy, and actionable behavioral insights to deliver intuitive digital experiences for our global users.

Embedded in the product team, you will plan, execute, and synthesize mixed-methods research with autonomy, turning user needs into actionable recommendations and collaborating with design and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on user research, usability testing, or product design research.
• Experience with mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative).
• Ability to work autonomously and present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research: study design, recruitment, moderation, data collection, and synthesis.
• Translate insights into actionable product recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Integrate usability testing and interviews into agile sprints.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers early in development.
• Track usability metrics and advocate for improved user journeys.
