Job summary
GSPANN Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Usability Analyst (UX Researcher) to lead design research across web, apps, in-store digital experiences, and AI-enabled touchpoints.
You will advocate for user needs throughout the product development cycle and partner cross-functionally to shape strategy, improve client experiences, and evolve research practices with AI tooling. You will mentor researchers and designers, translate insights into actionable guidance, and help maintain rigorous
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in UX research or related field.
- Experience leading complex research that informs product and cross-functional strategy.
- Experience using AI-enabled workflows to improve research quality, speed, or impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact studies end-to-end, selecting appropriate approaches.
- Conduct foundational research informing product and design strategy.
- Analyze data from qualitative studies and synthesize with quantitative data.
- Translate research into actionable insights and design recommendations.
- Connect research signals across projects to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Communicate insights through storytelling for partners from developers to executives.
- Mentor researchers and designers in user-centered processes.
- Evaluate emerging research methods and AI tools to improve value.
