Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth with electric utility clients across the U.S. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, winning projects, and expanding key accounts within the utility sector.

You will lead initiatives in EPC and related services, build strong relationships with utility stakeholders, and coordinate with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects across T&D, substations, and generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency depends on duties and workload.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for major utility clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with utility clients
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects
• Collaborating with the technology group to stay at the foreground of tools that improve project delivery
• Implementing short- and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability
