CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth with electric utility clients across the U.S. You will lead business development, client engagement and strategic marketing for key accounts, while building strong relationships and expanding market share.

You will collaborate with senior project managers and our technology group to deliver high-value projects, drive profitability, and shape the future of CDM Smith in the utility sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience in EPC business development preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management and strategic marketing for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high value relationships with utility clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
