Job summary

Pasco County is seeking a Business Analyst for Customer Information Services within the Utilities Services Branch. The role focuses on project management, budgeting, planning, procurement, implementation, and maintenance of information systems essential to utility operations.

The candidate will analyze and apply new information management technologies, coordinate with IT and other departments, and report progress to senior management. Strong supervision and utilities knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Six years of progressively responsible experience with business systems in the public sector.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in utilities services is required and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CIS project and other information management systems including planning, procurement and maintenance.
• Liaise with IT department, clerk of circuit court's office, and other county departments for procurement and implementation.
• Provide project progress reports and presentations to senior management.
