Job summary

Pasco County seeks a Business Analyst for Customer Information Services to oversee utility information-management systems, including the CIS project, and to coordinate with IT, Clerk of the Circuit Court, and other departments on procurement, implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide software.

The role includes documenting business practices, researching new technologies, and presenting project updates to senior management as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field is required.
• Six years' progressively responsible experience with business systems in the public sector.
• Experience with GIS, CMMS, LIMS, SCADA and records-management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CIS project and related information-management systems.
• Coordinate with Information Technology, Clerk of the Circuit Court's Office and other departments on procurement, implementation, and maintenance of systems.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management.
