Job summary

Uber is seeking a US Immigration Program Manager to own immigration service delivery and strategic compliance for the United States. You will partner with GRI, Talent Acquisition, HR, and external vendors to lead the immigration program for the US, ensuring compliance and a great stakeholder experience.

You will drive strategic immigration initiatives and provide training and resources to increase program awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of US global mobility experience.
• Deep expertise in US employment-based immigration, including Nonimmigrant visa categories (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, F-1 OPT, etc.) and immigrant visa programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner across the GRI team to tailor US immigration offerings to the talent needs of the US business.
• Build relationships with US stakeholders to position GRI’s services as a key enabler for international talent priorities.
• Monitor regulatory landscape and lead impact analyses of changes; design strategies to mitigate risk.
