Partner with GRI team to tailor immigration offerings for US business.
Build relationships with US-based stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and HR.
Monitor US regulatory landscape and lead impact analyses.
Ensure consistent implementation of US immigration policies.
Lead immigration support for US-based projects.
Serve as escalation point for complex case matters.
Lead global GRI projects.
Develop stakeholder education resources.
Manage regional relationship with Uber's US immigration vendor.
Analyze program metrics for process improvements.
