The Uber Global Relocation & Immigration (GRI) team is looking for a US Immigration Program Manager to own immigration service delivery and strategic compliance for the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring US immigration compliance and a great experience for Uber stakeholders, relocating employees, and assignees.
The US Immigration Program Manager will report directly to the Global Immigration Program Manager. GRI designs and manages global mobility programs that enable our people to move where they need to go efficiently and compliantly. We support the global movement of talent and their families through scalable and compliant mobility solutions.
In this role, you will partner closely with key regional and global stakeholders across the GRI team, Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and Uber's external vendor partners to lead the immigration program for the US, ensuring compliance and a great stakeholder experience. You will operate with significant autonomy and play a key role in advancing strategic immigration initiatives.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $102,000 per year - USD $113,000 per year.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $113,000 per year - USD $125,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $113,000 per year - USD $125,000 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $102,000 per year - USD $113,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
