Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and complex budgets.
• Experience coordinating vendors, venues, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager of multiple activities, scopes, tasks and schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Oversee event teams and production consultants to deliver high-quality events.
• Establish relationships with internal and external partners and manage cross-department meetings.
• Operate as account manager on deliverables, program metrics and status reports.
• Prepare and manage complex program budgets and procurement processes.
• Plan logistics including registration, attendee tracking, and on-site support.
