Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, implement, and coordinate customized events.
  • Evaluate and select vendors and providers of services.
  • Serve as a member of an events team and manage budget and facilities.
  • Consult with stakeholders to determine objectives.
  • Inspect facilities for safety and suitability.
  • Manage registration accounting and reporting.
  • Lead smaller events or components of larger events.
  • Maintain databases and use event planning software.
