Job summary

Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) seeks an Events & Program Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced team delivering high-impact entrepreneurship programming.

You will plan and run events from planning to on-site execution, support recruitment and community-building initiatives, and handle day-to-day admin duties while maintaining strong stakeholder relations on campus.

This is primarily on-site with some hybrid flexibility, based in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and three years of administrative experience.
• Experience in higher education, particularly in entrepreneurship or innovation programs.
• Knowledge of Stanford's entrepreneurial landscape and ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar platforms; ability to organize information efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from planning to on-site execution.
• Support recruitment campaigns and student program interviews.
• Coordinate community-building events and appreciation gifts.
• Handle general office operations and maintain STVP calendar.
• Assist with website content updates and vendor coordination.
