Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Four years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of university events of varying size and complexity.
• Develop event plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, and logistic plans.
• Coordinate venues, catering, AV services, rentals, decor, transportation, and security.
• Collaborate with campus partners to align events with objectives and branding.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and purchasing processes.
• Provide on-site leadership, troubleshooting, and post-event evaluation.
