Highmark Health is seeking a qualified professional to act as a primary contact for sales teams and customers, delivering insights to support client acquisition and retention while meeting performance goals.

You will analyze data to assess risk for a book of business, prepare reports to support rating actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on client-level quotes, providing financial and risk management guidance to sales.

Qualifications

• 2 years of underwriting, risk management, or actuary experience applying advanced mathematics or quantitative analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with health products, services, risk assessment and rating methods.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the point of contact for sales teams and assigned customers, delivering insights and recommendations to aid acquisition and retention.
• Analyze data to assess risk for a book of business and prepare a variety of reports to support rating actions.
• Calculate rates using company rating algorithms and adjust for unusual situations.
• Maintain accurate book management details, including concession budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client-level quotes and communicate underwriting positions.
