Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of underwriting, risk management, or actuarial experience applying advanced mathematics or quantitative analysis.
• 5 years of external client interaction or comparable external interactions.
• 5 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties including hiring, development, rewards, and performance management.
• Plan, organize, staff, and direct daily operations with budget responsibility.
• Coordinate with Underwriting and Sales to develop region-level book management strategies.
• Collaborate with regional Sales leadership to anticipate client needs and manage workload.
