Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field; substitutions by experience.
• 7 years of underwriting/risk management/actuarial experience with advanced mathematics.
• 5 years of external client interaction and 5 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily underwriting operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate with Underwriting and Sales leadership on book strategies.
• Provide guidance for critical clients and drive regional goals.
• Review quotes and ensure adherence to policies.
