The role blends people, process, and technology to deliver measurable value, guide implementation, and define strategic direction with senior stakeholders. You will own deliverables, lead workstreams, and mentor juniors while partnering with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider, and IT teams to ensure timely, high-quality results within budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Health Administration or closely related field.
• 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Health Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of complex, large-scale client enterprise transformation programs.
• Interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to deliver commitments.
• Support organizational change management, packaging, and planning for client value.
• Design and own deliverable artifacts to meet contractual obligations.
• Lead engagement workstreams to meet milestones, budgets, and quality.
• Provide coaching and professional development for junior resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
