Pulse iD is a customer engagement and loyalty technology company enabling banks, telcos, and brands to deliver personalized rewards and digital offers globally. Through Encore, its post-purchase and at-payment offer network, it helps advertisers reach customers at checkout in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

We are seeking an experienced ad sales professional to drive Encore in the UAE, source key merchants for loyalty programs, and close CPA/CPC deals with major brands and banks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ad sales, partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
• Strong UAE network and commercial acumen.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferable.

Responsibilities

• Launch Encore ad sales in UAE and source merchants for loyalty clients.
• Close advertiser deals (banks, subscriptions, travel) with CPA/CPC models.
• Sign merchants across dining, retail, entertainment, wellness, and travel.
