You will build trusted relationships with CXOs and digital transformation leads, define success plans, and drive multi-year strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes executive engagement, renewal growth, and regional go-to-market collaboration, with a focus on ROI, data security, and alignment to UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting in enterprise contexts.
• 3–5 years working with UAE enterprises across industries such as finance, healthcare, logistics, or tech.
• Proven track record with complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and long implementation timelines.
• Experience leading AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise software implementations in regulated environments.
• Fluent Arabic and English for regional collaboration and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own success, adoption, and growth of UAE private sector customers with executive sponsorship.
• Build trusted relationships with CXOs, VPs, Directors, and transformation leads.
• Define success plans aligned to budget cycles, digital strategy, and constraints.
• Lead full lifecycle AI adoption from use case to production deployment and scaling.
• Conduct regular executive reviews, demonstrate ROI and strategic value.
• Drive renewals and growth through consistent value delivery.
