Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in Change Management within management consulting or tech companies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to articulate value of complex tech products to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on, adaptable approach with comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Curiosity-driven mindset to effectively lead technical teams and SMEs.
• Experience liaising with senior management for project governance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation.
• Lead and manage complex projects focused on operational efficiency, governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering to assess impact of changes and identify process improvements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance with standards compliance across initiatives.
• Prepare materials to present to senior management and external stakeholders.
